Gibson Steps Great Ocean Road

The Great Ocean Road is one of the world's most scenic coastal drives, with famous locations such as The 12 Apostles, Loch Ard Gorge, Bay of Islands, London Bridge and Gibson Steps as seen pictured here. I had set up early in the evening in a fixed location capturing some very long exposures and did not anticipate the sunset with such beautiful colours. Without hesitation I carefully removed the neutral density filters used to block out the light and without moving from my location I managed to capture the evening sunset.
